By accessing and using the TOTOPASA website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access our services in Nepal.
Customization & Personalization
No Return for Size Issues
Every TOTOPASA product is custom-designed and printed specifically for your child. Because these items cannot be resold, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if the size ordered does not fit.
Please refer to our Official Size Guide carefully before placing an order.
Quality Guarantee & Returns
We take pride in our craftsmanship. Returns are exclusively accepted under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect name spelling by us
- Wrong product delivered
Note: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product.
Payment Methods
To make your shopping experience convenient across Nepal, we offer multiple payment options:
Prepaid Orders
Pay via eSewa, Khalti, or Bank Transfer. Prepaid orders often receive priority processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for major cities in Nepal. Pay only when you receive your magical gift.
Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries within the Kathmandu Valley are usually fulfilled within 2-3 working days after the final mockup approval. Deliveries outside the Valley take between 4-7 working days.
